At 3418 W 6th street, we are taking an underutilized parcel owned by the proprietor of an adjoining property and creating a new parking structure. This is going to liberate the ground level of the office building (currently used for parking) so that they can be converted into valuable usable commercial space. They will soon be able to park more cars in similar total square footage.

954 CATALINA AVE
The number of dwelling units was maximized in this residential development by drastically reducing the area needed for parking stalls. With LA’s TOC density bonus program, the only way for this developer to take advantage these city incentives was to reduce the amount of space allocated to resident parking requirements.
MAGEN DAVID SYNAGOGUE
The members of this synagogue place a high value on getting their cars in and out quickly, safely, and efficiently. That’s why they chose to include a bi-directional parking system from TAPS in their design.
MONTEBELLO TRANSIT CENTER
The Montebello Transit center was envisioned by the local planners as combination parking structure and public space for the community. Because automated garages are steel-framed, areas of the interior can be disassembled and re-purposed later if needed.
